Astonishingly terrible upgrade that took a reliable and quick feature — mobile check deposit — and made it a bad joke. Snaps automatically to take blurry shots, if you manage to disable that and use the camera icon to take a pic, it is beyond blurry no matter how bright the lighting. Used to work fine on several Apple devices and now it doesnt function properly on any of my devices. Unless Schwab is accepting blurry beyond legible photos they need to fix this (return to the way it was before the upgrade) ASAP.

Please stop forcing upgrades until you have better testing and roll-out. Using my time to find out your app is broken saves you money at my expense, which I do not consider a good financial choice for me.

Very easy app to use, reading other reviews I see the flaws, but I like it

Remember when apps were a managable size and did the basics? I liked this one before when it did the basic stuff. Now it is large and slow - pointless. I go to my laptop and get it done in 1/2 the time.

What happened, Schwab? Cant afford to hire any QA people? First of all, turning light/flash on/off doesnt work. Secondly, the auto-snap feature takes the picture before it is focused. Thirdly, after disabling the auto-snap feature, it has problems focusing (at least on larger sized checks). Please fix your bugs!!!!!

Worst bank app. Cannot edit bill payments. Cannot change mailing address. Why even have an app?

I like it. The bubble charts are great.

Super easy to deposit the checks. It captures the image and takes a photo automatically if you hold the phone steady. Great app and it works for me.

Finger print access. Easy to use. Professional app. Just placed trade on the fly in 10 seconds! Love CS and their app

I am certainly no wiz at tech, and this app allows me to do everything I need. I read a review saying how much better BofAs app is. I hate the BofA app. So its certainly a personal preference.

Informative and easy to use

I pretty much use the app exclusively. The website is great too, especially for getting info and researching funds, but once I know what Im going to do, the app provides all the functionality I need.

I love having this app to deposit checks, make a quick trade, get quotes, check balances, etc. It works great for me.
