Very happy with app. Has all the functionality I desire.

Upgraded to iPhone 7 and now app cant "see" pictures of checks Im trying to deposit. Will need to move my banking elsewhere if this is not fixed PRONTO.

Add my voice to the chorus saying this app is horrid. Check deposit is usually a failure because the check image isnt focused, even though previous versions worked fine. I have actually gotten dinged for a late payment because of the stupid date rollers on the bill pay tool. They can move out of position to another date (or year!) when you scroll up (which you have to do) to press the submit button. And why do they use those date rollers anyway instead of a calendar?? Sometimes I have to try to submit a payment two or three times before I happen to pick a valid business day, since I cant see what day of the week Im selecting. Account searching and viewing options are limited, navigation cumbersome. Not good!

The application needs a historical transaction tab.

Im all for minimalism within an app but compared to several other personal finance apps available, this one falls short visually. With even a little tlc this app could be read and used more easily, especially on the account ledger view. Come on Chuck...kick this app up a notch!

I had a bad experience where there was hard check on my credit history which I opted for mobile deposit process... Pathetic

This app will cause you to be locked out of your Schwab account. Be wary of using Touch ID. Multiple requests sometimes get made to their authentication server causing Schwab to lock you out of your account. After calling in they force you to run antivirus on your computer and claim that hackers tried to access your account when it is actually a flaw with the iOS app making multiple authentication requests simultaneously. They will also force you to change your login credentials.

app is good, needs a password protection option, like a 4 digit number to protect information when you switch between apps on your phone (just like the Mint app). Sometimes we all forget to log out :)

Requires verification but that takes only 20 mins to 3 days to be able to deposit checks using this app... VERY good service and safeguards. VERY GOOD THANKS

This has everything I could ask for in mobile banking app. No problems at all. Smooth app!

Crashes every time I use touchId to log in... Its 90-95% unsuccessful login. Need immediate fix. Please

Who approved these changes? Can no longer view realized gains/losses. Details no longer fit on screen left-right Slow slow slow Go back to the prior version.

So slow on display option chain, and enter an option order. Has to go to media center again to view CNBC after switching back from other app. Buggy, options doesnt show weekly expired option any more! Update: no improvement. Bugs on option vertical call. Only April option shown.

Trying to change my password on this app, no help function and Google search no help.

I cant believe Schwab hasnt improved this app.

I have used Schwab for years but the Apple app is unreliable. Today I tried to open it four times and each time it failed. Reliability is crucial to trading.

It does most things that I need it to do. Login is a little clunky - need to hit a small login button then can use fingerprint login...it seems like you should be able to skip that step (like AmEx and Chase do). Otherwise I can see accounts, view bills, monitor stock performance...really as much as you could expect from a small screen (iPhone 6).

Avoid using this stupid junk app! Especially avoid using it for option trading! I tapped at a out position position and followed the work flow to close it, but it said the symbol was not recognized! I tried 3 times! Finally I used the web version from Safari, but the best time was gone! Not only it is very slow to initialize an option trading, but also buggy. They should really learn from the mobile version of ThinkOrSwim. Schwab should seriously thinking about firing the whole software development team of this junk app!
