Schwab Mobile Examine App

Excellent app

Whenever I call the people are very nice but they have a horrible user interface for their 401 k solos. If that’s why you are switching to Schwab please look elsewhere. You have to make a phone call for each transaction and there isn’t a simple graph to show how much you’ve invested for your employee/employer investments by the year. There website is cluttered with too many useless features so you generally can’t find what you’re looking for.

Still not awesome because of my experience with the unreachable fraud dept. but the brokerage account is really good. I give it 3 stars because the banking is really not great.

Was a good app. Now it won’t open anymore since it requires iOS 17. That’s never going to be available for my iPhone 8. Please fix this.

Everything is good but the app frequently freezes.

Usually a great app but Zelle has been crashing the app. Need an immediate fix.

Just getting started. I believe the phone help will be available when I need. Finding stock symbols is more difficult than need be.

App crashes when you try to use Zelle.

Former TDAmeritrade user. TD Ameritrade was way better application. Way better structured, easier to navigate. In addition to that it will no longer work on my iPhone X which many people are still utilizing, since it is working just fine. I have more than 50 apps on my phone, they all working except Schwab. Im not buying new phone for that one reason only. Very dissapointed.

Will not run on older devices. Bye bye. 40 year customer now in the process of of transferring to Merrill. You’ve gone downhill since TD acquisition. PS Merrill giving nice cash bonus and excellent customer service.

Frustrated that stock price will show positive change and immediately show negative. For instance down .71 then up .71 then down .71. This has been happening too long. Deleted app and reinstalled but problem still exists

It’s so disappointing that I can’t open my app anymore because my device is now too old for it. I am not ready to buy a new device yet. But until then, I won’t be able to use this app to check my accounts.☹️

Opportunities to research, follow and make decisions on what stocks you like. Lots of good information here and other places so you can use your judgements knowledgeably.

The app required ios 17 or higher. The only ios for iphone 8 is ios 16. Cant use the app anymore.

This app is mostly well designed to follow my investments. The only real issue is that it doesn’t always allow user to know or control history information. I have one real gripe about the market’s graphic. There is NO zero line! It shows plus and minus lines that very with how volatile the market is but NOT the zero reference line.

I would’ve gave you all five stars except I don’t get my updates on my stocks and any releases from those stock ticker numbers.. I don’t get up-to-date news on my Stocks

4 things I am disappointed with Schwab. I used to trade on my iPad and it's iOS doesn't go past 16.7, and Schwab decided that they will not support Apple products with iOS less than 17. now I can only trade my account on my PC or my iPhone. On the iPhone it's hard to see everything. On the PC it's down in my office and not convenient for anything but it is secure. My second grip with Schwab is how their software displays information, as you scroll through the stock, the headers are not visible so if you want to verify what you're looking at you'll have to scroll back up to find the headers– that's ancient technology. The third thing I'm not happy with Schwab, the information provided is not as good as it was with TD Ameritrade. It's like move forward in time but move backwards in convenience. I have been considering changing to another brokerage company. And I guess the fourth thing is this insistence that I have to create a nickname; why can I not be anonymous. By virtue of me being on this site, you know who I am.

I was using the app just fine, now it won’t open anymore because it’s making me update my phone but I don’t have enough storage space to update my phone, causing me missed opportunities to invest throughout the day. Also app doesn’t give you an option to re-invest dividends.

The latest update keeps generating error messages. And if you have accounts in different categories, no grand total is displayed. It used to be prominent as soon as you opened the app. This is very inconvenient.

This is a great app, everything is clear and easy to use. That said, the app can crash while editing the Watchlist by using the sliders to move individual symbols up or down the list so stay away from that function.

This is very unfortunate with this app to not support older iPhones with iOS versions lower than version 17. Charles Schwab pulled the plug without any notice. Appreciate if they support older app .

Why is this app asking me to update to iOS 17 in order to operate? I just installed the latest update, and iOS 17 isn’t even available yet.

I have an iPadOS 16.7.10 (20H350). I cannot use the app anymore. I deleted the app and went to download again selecting the choice of downloading the last version that would function on my device. 🥵 it didn’t work. It still downloaded the version for 17. whatever requirement. The app was good (probably a 4* or 5*) but now do I have to go buy a new iPad when everything else on it works perfectly? Did Schwab make a deal with Apple? I am currently not a happy camper

A ridiculous app that does not support IOS older than 17. It doesn't considered the fact that some old iPhones cannot be updated to IOS 17. I have another reason to get away from Schwab: it does not have a usable app on phone.

I hate this Schwab platform and in the process of changing over to another company because of it. I do not navigate this one easily and I end up getting overwhelmed and leaving and almost never accomplishing anything I set out to do inside the app. Please Make your app and platform user friendly like Ameritrade was.
